Robur Foundation has entered into partnership with Project ECHO to replicate the ECHO Model with activities targeted towards underserved communities in the USA and Nigeria.
The ECHO Model started in 2003 through the vision of a Gastroenterologist , Dr. Sanjeev Arora to democratize medical knowledge, moving knowledge and not people. It connect specialists with primary care health workers and has grown to become a global movement with over 400 Hubs and 250 partners. The model has been adopted to democratize knowledge in other various fields including education. It operates as a Hub and Spokes model and Robur Foundation is set to launch our first Hub in Nigeria. We are motivated to be a part of this intervention, especially in these times.
